Steps Required for Obtaining You Medical Marijuana Card
You must be a resident of Massachusetts to be eligible for receiving a medical marijuana card at Infinity MedSpa.
The first step is to obtain a certification from our nurse practitioner here at Infinity MedSpa. During your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please provide a letter of recommendation from your primary care physician, or medical history records stating your condition. With support and compassion, you will be asked to discuss your health situation, as well as why you believe this treatment could benefit you. If it is determined that you are an eligible candidate, our Nurse Practitioner will complete and submit an electronic patient certification to the Medical Use of Marijuana Program.
Once our Nurse Practitioner provides the certification, you will receive an email that incudes your unique 4-digit PIN number and instructions for completing your online application. The two-part application process includes:
You will be asked to create an account and scan your photo ID. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email that enables you to set up your patient account.
MMJ Online System
After completing the necessary steps in the Virtual Gateway, you will then receive an email link to the MMJ Online System. In this section, you will be asked to upload your Massachusetts photo ID and a current passport-style photo to be added to your patient ID card.
Receiving Your Medical Marijuana Card
Once your application is approved, you will receive a temporary version of your Massachusetts Medical Marijuana Card that is printable. This temporary card will allow you to begin purchasing at the dispensary and start your journey towards a more comfortable life. Your official card will be delivered in the mail.
